Mary Jane Szydlowski, MH, LMHC 

Mary Jane Szydlowski, MS, LMHA completed her EMDR training in 2018 and is currently working towards certification. Mary Jane's extensive professional background included Compass House, Baker Hall, the KenTon Family Support Center and a 30-year career in school counseling, including alternative education and traditional middle school settings. She has been in private practice since 2008. 

Through Mary Jane's career, she has trained in CBT, Choice Theory, Solution Focused and non-verbal interventions in addition to EMDR. She has supervised and trained many counselors and is an adjunct professor at Canisius College in the School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling Programs. 

Mary Jane works with children middle school age and up, as well as adults and couples. Trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions including grief and loss, and clients seeking to alter patterns of destructive and abusive relationships are in her areas of focus.
