What do you specialize in?: I specialize in working with preteens, teens, and adults who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, stress, trauma, grief and loss, and adjustment challenges. I integrate evidence-based approaches to help people understand their experiences, develop coping skills, and build resilience. When desired, I thoughtfully integrate Christian values and offer prayer.
